1. Who we are
BikeLife 66 (BikeLife 66) operates an online marketplace connecting verified motorcycle owners with verified riders for peer-to-peer rentals and related services. We are a platform — not the owner, seller, insurer, or agent of any listed motorcycle unless explicitly stated.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract. Renters must complete identity and licensing verification before booking. Owners must provide accurate listing, registration, insurance, and pickup information.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our safety policies, or applicable law.
3. Marketplace role
Bookings are agreements between renters and owners. BikeLife 66 facilitates discovery, verification, messaging, and payments but does not guarantee availability, condition, legality, or suitability of any bike or rider.
Pickup addresses remain private until a booking is confirmed and paid according to platform rules. Attempting to circumvent platform fees or off-platform payment is prohibited.
4. Bookings, payments & fees
Prices, deposits, cancellation windows, and platform fees are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (e.g. Stripe). Refunds and cancellations follow the policy displayed at booking time and applicable law.
Owners receive payouts net of platform fees, payment processing costs, chargebacks, and approved damage or dispute adjustments.
5. Safety, insurance & riding
Riding motorcycles involves inherent risk. Renters must hold a valid motorcycle license or endorsement where required, obey traffic laws, and use appropriate safety gear. Owners must maintain roadworthy, legally registered, and insured vehicles as represented in their listing.
Insurance coverage varies by owner, renter, and jurisdiction. You are responsible for confirming coverage before riding. BikeLife 66 does not provide ride insurance unless explicitly offered in writing.
6. User content & conduct
You grant us a license to host, display, and process content you submit (photos, messages, reviews, documents) to operate the service. You must not post unlawful, misleading, harassing, or infringing content.
We may remove content, restrict features, or report activity where required to protect users or comply with law.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, BikeLife 66 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from marketplace use.
8. Disputes
Disputes between users should first be addressed through in-app tools and support. Where required, governing law and venue are State of New Jersey, United States, unless mandatory consumer protections in your location provide otherwise.
9. Changes & contact
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
